Vintage Faturan Egg Yolk Butterscotch Bakelite and Red Agate Stone Necklace.
This is a stunning and very substantial vintage necklace consisting of alternating 10mm and 12mm round Carnelian beads that have been individually hand knotted. The stars of the show, however, are the huge, incredible, superb faturan bakelite beads that are a rich butterscotch/egg yolk/amber color, as is typical of faturan beads.
There is no clasp on this necklace it is a continual strand of beads but a very well made one.
