This is 8 by 5  3/8 inches. It was published by Curt Teich & Co.  They printed postcards and souvenir products based on post card images. It has 16 pages with post card type images on each side. The covers have other color images which are mainly campus buildings such as Kenan Stadium.  There is a tiny bit of rust on the staples.     420
