Nice Southern Pacific Railroad patch on one of the nicer Engineer Hats on ebay for the money. Hat has an elastic closure, so it is a one size fits all hat. We have sold dozens to happy rail fans all over the country. Hat (head size) measures aprx 20" and stretched measures aprox 22 inches. Appears to be Mens Small - Medium. Made of 100% Cotton yarn dyed canvas.
