    Description

    This
    gorgeous cup and saucer set was adapted from a platter made for the Duke of Gloucester, circa 1770.  Titled "Duke of Gloucester", this was produced by Mottahedeh of Portugal as part of their Williamsburg Reserve Collection.  Each piece in the pattern features 20 vibrant colors, 22k gold decoration,  colorful fruit and fantasy insects finished with a green rim and gold flecking.
    I have a total of 3 cup & saucer sets of this fruit style for sale and am currently listing other Mottahedeh Duke of Gloucester cup and saucer sets in other fruit styles as well as numerous salad/dessert plates.  As always, I will be very happy to combine purchases to save on the cost of shipping!
    CONDITION of each cup & saucer set is NEVER USED.  They are in MINT condition with no utensil scratches, chips, flakes, or manufacturing flaws!
