    Scott's # 22 :  green  -  crown & CA watermark
    The stamp has 22 in pencil on its back, so I believe that is correct.
    for a perf 14,  my 1985 Scott's also book shows:
    # 19  grn
    and # 23  bl grn  -  crown & CA
    The cancel can be seen from the back, so I can not see a watermark.
