Beautiful Vintage 17" Marbled Yellow Bakelite Necklace! Large 3/4" Oval Beads!!

Description

This gorgeous vintage Bakelite necklace is 17" long and comprised of 15 large oval shaped beads that are 3/4" long with 3/4" diameter. The beads were made from a marbled mixture of clear and opaque yellow Bakelite. Small round gold-tone beads separate each of the Bakelite beads. My wife's neck measures 14" at the spot where the necklace is pictured in photo #2.
The necklace weighs 84 grams. The clasp is a circle type clasp where there is a tiny nub that you pull back to open the clasp. It works like new and stays closed when being worn.
Beautiful semi translucent marbled yellow color!!
No chips or cracks were seen in any of the beads and the necklace tests positive for Bakelite using Simichrome polish. (See photo #10)
