    This is one of the most unique finds I have. This is a very cool Post Civil War Medical Surgical Syringe, made of Pewter and Glass and marked with the trade name HAGERTY and marked with PATENT MARCH 1876. After the end of the Civil War, thousands needed long term care for their injuries. This would be a medical device that very well may have served that community's needs. It comes in a nice display case. Cool for any medical, glass, or Military collector.
