Not only it's 925 Silver goes in the trachea. Piece put in throat. Hard with Silver.. marks with 800 crown. This piece is from Europe. Time frame from 1850 to 1900 ruff. No Maker name to pen  point time frame.
Intubation saved many life's. In the 1800s child birth was very common baby come out out breathing still is. This is a smaller size for child. Think size 7.
I have noticed, Wear and used on this item. More notes on pictures to help. Silver pieces has wear shows used,  needs rubbing on silver to clean up better. Best to looked over pictures. Overall in good shape. Take a look.
