These instruments are used and in good condition with some signs of metal wear. Manufactured date between 1935 and 1945
Mostly likely used in a podiatry practice.
Don't know the metal used in the manufacture of these instruments. (it is not stainless) but early instruments were made
from aluminum or titanium
