Antique EYE SURGEON MAGNET Medical Apparatus w/ 4 TIPS & Original Case. This device weighs 8.4 lbs!  and the four (4) tips weigh .6 oz.   Over the many decades, the glue has lost its strength under that much weight, so the case is falling apart.   The EYE MAGNET body measures 10" long and is 3" in  diameter.  The carrying case measures 12" x 8" x 5" and weighs 2.2 lbs.
