    Description

    This is an excellent brass spring action loaded lancet / fleam for scarification in the early to mid 1800s.This still has all original parts, and still functions with force. It measures just 2.25"long, and about .75" wide. There is one small chip in the brass, which I have shown close up in the photos. The sliding cover is worn from normal use, and doesn't click into place. I could not find any makers marks. Please see all photos for best idea of item and condition. I do not have the case.
