Antique Brass Fleam Bleeder Knife Lancet Spring Loaded - Original Wooden Case

Antique Brass Bleeder Knife with Original Wooden Case.
The spring is strong but I did not attempt to lock it.
The wooden case is form fitted to knife with primitive handmade hinges and latch.
Case measure approximately 4 1/2" long by 2" wide with knife.
Knife measures about 4" by 2".
Compared to others in my research this knife looks in excellent shape.
