Old neat vet tool for giving medication to animals. I was told vets use to pull the tongue to the side and slip medication down the animals throat, if the tongue slipped out sometimes a finger would get lost. This was made to put a capsule in, insert the animals mouth then push the medicine down, saving fingers! This was used a lot! Still works, great patina!
