Brand new, first quality, in fitted plastic case.  Case was opened only to take photos.  Tools inside are new and never used.  This set was manufactured in Taiwan.  I believe it is better made than the sets currently being produced in People's Republic of China (PRC).  This battery powered tool outperforms virtually everything in its class.  It outperforms many air powered impact wrenches, too.
